While aging is an unavoidable element of life, many people wish to prolong their youthful appearance in the hectic society of today. Self-confidence can be negatively impacted by wrinkles, fine lines and sagging, but contemporary Dermatology offers a safe and efficient remedy: Botox. Botox treatments are administered using revolutionary techniques, medical accuracy and a patient-first philosophy at Kumaran Medical Center, which is regarded as the best dermatology hospital.

In this blog, we will explore how Botox works, why it is the preferred choice for many and how a team of experts ensures results that look natural, not artificial.

Discovering Botox: The Science Underpinning Its Smoothness

Botox is one of the most widely used cosmetic medicines in the world. It functions by gradually relaxing the facial muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, which are the ones that show up when you scowl, squint or grin. The face appears restored and revitalized as a result of the lines being smoothed out by this relaxation.

At Kumaran Medical Center, Botox is administered by a Dermatologist in Coimbatore who has received training in fusing medical expertise with aesthetic sensibility. Improving one’s intrinsic beauty always has a greater impact. Consequently, the process is accurate, secure and customized to meet the needs of each person.

(Prebiotics)

(Antibiotics)

(Probiotics)

Breast self examination (BSE) is a simple, effective way to become familiar with your breast health and detect potential issues early. It is an essential practice for women of all ages, as it allows them to notice changes in their breasts that may indicate the need for medical attention. Early detection of breast cancer significantly increases the chances of successful treatment, and BSE plays a crucial role in empowering women to take control of their health.

Why Perform Breast Self Examinations?

Knowing what is normal for your breasts is a vital aspect of self-care. Regular BSEs help you identify changes in size, shape, or texture that may warrant further investigation by a healthcare provider. Key reasons to perform Breast Self Examination (BSE) include:

Early Detection: Detecting abnormalities such as lumps or thickened areas early can improve treatment outcomes.

Awareness: Familiarity with your breast health helps you recognize changes that occur naturally due to hormonal fluctuations or aging.

Empowerment: Taking an active role in monitoring your health increases confidence and encourages timely medical consultations when needed.

Steps to Perform a Breast Self-Examination

BSE involves both visual inspection and physical palpation. Here are the six steps of breast self-examination:

Step 1: Look for Changes in the Mirror

Stand in front of a mirror with your arms resting naturally at your sides. Observe any irregularities in the appearance or proportion of your breasts and nipples. Look for changes such as:

Visible lumps or distortions

Skin dimpling or puckering

Redness or swelling

Asymmetry of nipple position

Raise your arms overhead and continue observing for any distortions or changes in breast appearance.

Step 2: Check for Skin and Nipple Changes

Examine your nipples for:

Retraction or inversion

Unusual discharge

Itchy, scaly sores or rashes

These signs may indicate underlying conditions that require medical evaluation.

Step 3: Lie Down for Palpation

Lying flat allows your breast tissue to spread evenly, making it easier to feel for abnormalities. Follow these steps:

Place a pillow under your right shoulder and use the pads of the three middle fingers on your left hand to examine your right breast.

Use light, medium, and firm pressure in a circular motion to check the entire breast, including above and below the collarbone and the armpit.

Use your right hand to repeat the process on your left breast.

Step 4: Use Firm Pressure to Check for Lumps

Using flat fingers, press firmly against the chest wall and move in an up-and-down pattern. Pay close attention to each quarter of the breast and the area around the nipple. If you detect any lump or thickened area, note its size, texture, and mobility.

Step 5: Examine Underarm Areas

The lymph nodes in your underarms can provide early warning signs of issues. With your right hand, examine your left underarm, starting as high as possible and moving downward. Repeat the process for your right underarm using your left hand. Look for:

Swelling or tenderness

Lumps or changes in lymph nodes

Step 6: Repeat Regularly

Make Breast self examination (BSE) a monthly routine. The best time to perform BSE is a few days after your menstrual period, when your breasts are least likely to be swollen or tender. For women who are postmenopausal, choose a consistent date each month.

When to See a Doctor

Seek medical advice promptly if you notice:

A lump, hard knot, or thickening

Swelling, redness, or warmth

Persistent breast pain in one area

Nipple discharge that starts suddenly

Dimpling or puckering of the skin

Variations in the size or shape of your breast

Lifestyle Choices to Promote Breast Health

In addition to regular Breast Self Examination (BSE), adopting a healthy lifestyle can reduce your risk of breast cancer:

Maintain a healthy weight

Incorporate exercise into your daily routine

Avoid smoking and limit alcohol intake

Conclusion

To conclude, breast self-examination is a valuable tool for understanding your breast health. By performing Breast Self Examination (BSE) regularly and staying vigilant for changes, you can take proactive steps to detect potential problems early. Combined with regular screenings and a healthy lifestyle, BSE empowers women to safeguard their health and well-being. If you ever notice abnormalities, consult your healthcare provider or visit Kumaran Medical Center promptly for evaluation and peace of mind.

As per our National Cancer Registry Program, cancer of the breast and cervix are the most common cancers among females in India, of which cervical cancer accounts for 6-29% of all cancers among women. Also cervical cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths among women in India.

Cervical cancer develops in a woman’s cervix, the lower part of the uterus or womb, which opens into the vagina. Virtually all cervical cancer cases (99%) are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), an extremely common virus that is spread through skin-to-skin contact.

Symptoms of Cervical Cancer:

At a very early-stage cervical cancer may not cause any symptoms. It is usually found and treated because of cervical screening tests.

1.Irregular bleeding between periods, after the menopause or after sexual intercourse

2.Increased or foul-smelling vaginal discharge

3.Persistent pain in the back, legs or pelvis

4.Weight loss, fatigue and loss of appetite

5.Vaginal discomfort

6.Swelling of legs

Heat stroke, also called as sunstroke, is the most severe form of hyperthermia or heat-related illness. Heat stroke is a life-threatening condition that causes your body to overheat. It’s defined as a body temperature above 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius)

It’s usually the result of overexertion in hot, humid conditions. Symptoms can include confusion, seizures or loss of consciousness. Untreated, heatstroke can lead to organ failure, coma or death.

The danger of dehydration and heat stroke

Dehydration and heat stroke are two very common heat-related diseases that can be life-threatening if left untreated.

Points To Be Noted:

Ignore the Popular Rule to Drink “ 8 ”Glasses of Water a Day – Definitely It’s Not Enough

The first rule is – Respond to Thirst When the Feeling Strikes

Always carry a water bottle wherever you go and refill it as needed.

Start a “drink water” challenge alone or with loved ones to motivate you to drink enough water.

Add more water-rich foods such as vegetables, fruits and soups into your diet.

Prevent dehydration by including the following:

Drink plenty of fluids, especially when working or playing in the sun.

Make sure you are taking in more fluid than you are losing.

Try to schedule physical outdoor activities for the cooler parts of the day.

Drink appropriate sports drinks to help maintain electrolyte balance.

What are the signs and symptoms of heat stroke?

Heat stroke is a medical emergency. If you or someone you know exhibits any of the following signs or symptoms, Consult your nearby Hospital/ Doctors :

Dry skin that doesn’t sweat, which is more common in non-exertion heatstroke

Problems with movement and coordination

Balance problems.

Confusion or disorientation

Dizziness.

Excessive sweating that continues after you’ve stopped exercising

Hot, flushed skin or very pale skin.

Low or high blood pressure.

Lung crackles (bubbling or gurgling sound in the lungs).

Nausea and vomiting.

Low urine output

Rapid breathing

Tachycardia (fast heart rate).

Seizures.

Syncope (fainting) or loss of consciousness.

Weakness.

What are the complications of heat stroke?

People with heat stroke can develop shock or slip into a coma. High body temperature can lead to:

1. Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)

2. Brain swelling

3. Kidney failure

4. Liver failure

5. Metabolic dysfunction

6. Nerve damage

7. Reduced blood flow to the heart and other circulatory problems.

How can I prevent heat stroke?

In most cases, it’s possible to prevent heat stroke by:

Avoiding strenuous physical activity in hot, humid conditions.

Consuming sports drinks, lightly salted water or broth.

Gradually letting your body acclimate to warm temperatures over several weeks if you’ll have to be in hot conditions for work or sports.

Never leaving children (or pets) in closed, hot spaces such as cars.

Staying in air-conditioned or well-ventilated areas during heat waves.

Wearing lightweight, light-colour and loose-fitting clothing if you’ll be out in the heat.

When should I contact my doctor?

If you’ve had heat stroke and are recovering, contact your doctor right away if you experience anything abnormal such as:

1. High Temperature ( 102°F )

2.Cognitive dysfunction (problems thinking or remembering)

Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer. Many prostate cancers grow slowly and are confined to the prostate gland, where they may not cause serious harm. However, while some types of prostate cancer grow slowly and may need minimal or even no treatment, other types are aggressive and can spread quickly.

Prostate cancer that’s detected early, has the best chance for successful treatment.

When should I seek medical help?

You should call your healthcare provider if you experience:

Difficulty peeing.

Peeing frequently (incontinence).

Pain when you pee or have intercourse.

Blood in your pee or semen.

Loss of hunger

Loss of weight

Bone pain

Pain in the lower back, upper thigh or hips

Emotional stress

What are the risk factors for prostate cancer?
The most common risk factors include:
Age. Your risk increases as you get older. You’re more likely to get diagnosed if you’re over 50. About 60% of prostate cancers occur in people older than 65.
Family history of prostate cancer. You’re two to three times more likely to get prostate cancer if a close family member has it.
Genetics. You’re at greater risk if you have Lynch syndrome or if you inherited mutated (changed) genes associated with increased breast cancer risk (BRCA1 and BRCA2).
Some studies have identified other prostate cancer risk factors, but the evidence is mixed. Other potential risk factors include:
Smoking.
Prostatitis.
Having a BMI > 30 (having obesity).
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs). You’re also at greater risk of prostate cancer at the age 45.

How can I prevent prostate cancer?

Preventing prostate cancer isn’t possible. Still, taking these steps may reduce your risk:

Get regular prostate screenings. Ask your healthcare provider how often you should get screened based on your risk factors. Talk to your doctor about the increased risk of prostate cancer.

Maintain a healthy weight. Ask your provider what a healthy weight means for you.

Exercise regularly. The CDC recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise each week, or a little more than 20 minutes daily.

Eat a nutritious diet. There’s no one diet to prevent cancer, but good eating habits can improve your overall health. Eat fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Avoid red meats and processed foods.

Quit smoking. Avoid tobacco products. If you smoke, work with your provider on a smoking cessation program to kick the habit.

Is prostate cancer curable?

Yes, if it’s caught early. In some cases, cancer grows so slowly that you may not need treatment right away. Treatment can often eliminate prostate cancers that haven’t spread beyond the prostate gland.

What are the treatment options?

If the cancer is confirmed to the prostate gland, surgical removal of the prostate gland provides the best possible cure.

If the cancer has spread beyond the prostate into the nearby areas, Radiotherapy can still cure it.

If the cancer has spread to distant sites like Bone, Lungs, Lymph nodes, you will require hormonal control in the form of Injectable therapy or surgical removal of testes. Though it doesn’t properly cure, it will control the diseases to provide you a healthy lifestyle.

You are more likely to develop kidney disease if you have

1) Diabetes
Too much glucose, also called sugar, in your blood damages your kidneys’ filters. Over time, your kidneys can become so damaged that they no longer do a good job filtering wastes and extra fluid from your blood.

2) High blood pressure
High blood pressure can damage blood vessels in the kidneys so they don’t work as well. If the blood vessels in your kidneys are damaged, your kidneys may not work as well to remove wastes and extra fluid from your body. Extra fluid in the blood vessels may then raise blood pressure even more, creating a dangerous cycle.

3) Limit alcohol intake
Drinking too much alcohol can increase your blood pressure and add extra calories, which can lead to weight gain. If you drink alcohol, limit yourself and also focus more on prioritizing your well-being

4) Monitor weight and eat a balanced diet
People who are overweight or have obesity are at risk for a number of health conditions that can damage the kidneys. These include diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease.

A balanced diet that’s low in sodium, processed meats, and other kidney-damaging foods may help reduce the risk of kidney damage. Focus on eating fresh ingredients that are naturally low in sodium, such as cauliflower, blueberries, fish, whole grains, and more.

5) Drink plenty of fluids
Regular, consistent water intake is healthy for your kidneys. Water helps clear sodium and toxins from your kidneys. It also lowers your risk of chronic kidney disease.

Aim for at least 1.5 to 2 litres in a day. Exactly how much water you need depends largely on your health and lifestyle. Factors like climate, exercise, gender, overall health, and whether you’re pregnant or breastfeeding are important to consider when planning your daily water intake.

People who have previously had kidney stones should drink a bit more water to help prevent stone deposits in the future.

6) Don’t smoke
Smoking damages your body’s blood vessels. This leads to slower blood flow throughout your body and to your kidneys.
Smoking also puts your kidneys at an increased risk for cancer. If you smoke and stop smoking, your risk will drop. However, it’ll take many years to return to the risk level of a person who’s never smoked.

7) Be aware of the number of Over-the-counter pills you take
If you regularly take over-the-counter (OTC) pain medication, you may be causing kidney damage. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), including ibuprofen and naproxen, can damage your kidneys if you take them regularly for chronic pain, headaches, or arthritis.

8) Keep active and fit
Regular exercise is good for more than just your waistline. It can lower the risk of chronic kidney disease. It can also reduce your blood pressure and boost your heart health, which are both important for preventing kidney damage.

Walking, running, cycling, and even dancing is great for your health. Find an activity that keeps you busy and have fun.

What tests do doctors use to diagnose and monitor kidney disease?
• A blood test – that checks how well your kidneys are filtering your blood, called GFR. GFR stands for glomerular filtration rate.
• A urine test – to check for albumin. Albumin is a protein that can pass into the urine when the kidneys are damaged.

Have your kidney function tested if you’re at high risk

It’s a good idea to have regular kidney function tests. The following people may benefit from regular screening:

people who are over 60 years old

people who were born at a low birth weight

people who have cardiovascular disease or have family members with it

people who have or have a family history of high blood pressure

people who have obesity

people who believe they may have kidney damage

A regular kidney function test is a great way to know your kidney’s health and to check for possible changes. Getting ahead of any damage can help slow or prevent future damage.

Most people with COPD are at least 40 years old and have some history of smoking. The longer and more tobacco products you smoke, the greater your risk of COPD.
In addition to cigarette smoke, cigar smoke, pipe smoke, and secondhand smoke can also cause COPD. Your risk of COPD is even greater if you are diagnosed with asthma and have the habit of smoking.

Other Causes
Long-term exposure to air pollution, inhaling dust, and exposure to chemicals and fumes in the workplace can also cause COPD.
In developing countries, homes are often poorly ventilated, forcing families to breathe fumes from burning fuel used for cooking and heating. The mingling odour of tobacco smoke with this can cause serious issues.
There may be a genetic predisposition to developing COPD. Up to an estimated 5% trusted source of people with COPD have a deficiency in a protein called alpha-1 antitrypsin.
This deficiency causes the lungs to deteriorate and can also affect the liver. There may be other associated genetic factors at play as well.

Diagnosing COPD
There’s no single test for COPD. Diagnosis is based on symptoms, a physical exam, and diagnostic test results.
When you visit the doctor, be sure to mention all of your symptoms. Tell your doctor if:
you’re a smoker or have smoked in the past
you’re exposed to lung irritants on the job
you’re exposed to a lot of secondhand smoke
you have a family history of COPD
you have asthma or other respiratory conditions
you take over-the-counter or prescription medications

Exam and tests
During the physical exam, your doctor will use a stethoscope to listen to your lungs as you breathe. Based on all this information, your doctor may order some of these tests to get a more complete picture:
Spirometry, which is a noninvasive test to assess lung function. During the test, you’ll take a deep breath and then blow into a tube connected to the spirometer.
Imaging tests, like a chest X-ray or CT scan. These images can provide a detailed look at your lungs, blood vessels, and heart.
An arterial blood gas test. This involves taking a blood sample from an artery to measure your blood oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other important levels.
These tests can help determine if you have COPD or a different condition, such as asthma, a restrictive lung disease, or heart failure.

Treatment for COPD
Treatment can ease symptoms, prevent complications, and generally slow disease progression. Your healthcare team may include a lung specialist (pulmonologist) and physical and respiratory therapists.

Oxygen therapy
If your blood oxygen level is too low, you can receive supplemental oxygen through a mask or nasal cannula to help you breathe better. A portable unit can make it easier to get around.

Surgery
Surgery is reserved for severe COPD or when other treatments have failed, which is more likely when you have a form of severe emphysema.
One type of surgery is called bullectomy. During this procedure, surgeons remove large, abnormal air spaces (bullae) from the lungs.
Another option is lung volume reduction surgery, which removes damaged upper lung tissue. Lung volume reduction surgery can be effective at improving breathing, but few patients undergo this major and somewhat risky procedure.
Lung transplantation is an option in some cases. Lung transplantation can effectively cure COPD, but has its many risks.
There is a less invasive method of improving the efficiency of airflow in people with severe emphysema called endobronchial valves (EBV), which are one-way valves that divert inspired air to healthy lungs and away from non-functioning, damaged lungs.
In 2018, an EBV device called the Zephyr Endobronchial ValveTrusted Source was approved by the FDA and has been shown to improve lung function, exercise capacity and quality of life for patients living with emphysema.

Lifestyle changes
Certain lifestyle changes may also help alleviate your symptoms or provide relief.
If you smoke, quit. Your doctor can recommend appropriate products or support services.
Whenever possible, avoid secondhand smoke and chemical fumes.
Get the nutrition your body needs. Work with your doctor or dietician to create a healthy eating plan.
Talk to your doctor about how much exercise is safe for you.

Medications for COPD
Medications can reduce symptoms and cut down on flare-ups. It may take some trial and error to find the medication and dosage that works best for you, but these are some of your options:

Inhaled bronchodilators
Medicines called bronchodilators help loosen tight muscles in your airways. They’re typically taken through an inhaler or nebulizer. Short-acting bronchodilators last from 4 to 6 hours. You only use them when you need them. For ongoing symptoms, there are long-acting versions you can use every day. They last about 12 hours. For people with COPD who experience shortness of breath or trouble breathing during exercise, the American Thoracic Society strongly recommends a long-acting-beta-agonist (LABA) combined with a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA).
These bronchodilators work by relaxing tightened muscles in the airways, which widens your airways for better air passage. They also help your body clear mucus from the lungs. These two types of bronchodilators can be taken in combination by inhaler or with a nebulizer.

Diet recommendations for people with COPD
There’s no specific diet for COPD, but a healthy diet is important for maintaining overall health. The stronger you are, the more able you’ll be to prevent complications and other health problems.

Choose a variety of nutritious foods from these groups:
Ø Vegetables, fruits, grains, protein, dairy
Also, remember to go easy on the salt. It causes the body to retain water, which can strain breathing.
Ø Liquid Drink plenty of fluids. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of non-caffeinated liquids a day can help keep mucus thinner. This may make the mucus easier to cough out.
Ø Limit caffeinated beverages because they can interfere with medications. If you have heart problems, you may need to drink less, so talk to your doctor.

Weight management
Maintaining a healthy weight is important. It takes more energy to breathe when you have COPD, so you might need to take in more calories. But if you’re overweight, your lungs and heart may have to work harder.
If you’re underweight or frail, even basic body maintenance can become difficult. Overall, having COPD weakens your immune system and decreases your ability to fight off infection.

Eating habits
A full stomach makes it harder for your lungs to expand, leaving you short of breath. If you find that this happens to you, try these remedies:
Clear your airways about an hour before a meal.
Take smaller bites of food that you chew slowly before swallowing.
Swap three meals a day for five or six smaller meals.
Save fluids until the end so you feel less full during the meal.

Living with COPD
COPD requires lifelong disease management. That means following the advice of your healthcare team and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits.
Since your lungs are weakened, you’ll want to avoid anything that might overtax them or cause a flare-up. Here’s a list of things to consider as you adjust your lifestyle.
Avoid smoking. If you’re having trouble quitting, talk to your doctor about smoking cessation programs. Try to avoid secondhand smoke, chemical fumes, air pollution, and dust.
Work out. A little exercise each day can help you stay strong. Talk to your doctor about how much exercise is good for you.
Eat a diet of nutritious foods. Avoid highly processed foods that are loaded with calories and salt, but lack nutrients.
Treating other conditions. If you have other chronic diseases along with COPD, it’s important to manage those as well, particularly diabetes mellitus and heart disease.
Clean house. Clear the clutter and streamline your home so that it takes less energy to clean and do other household tasks. If you have advanced COPD, get help with daily chores.
Be prepared for flare-ups. Carry your emergency contact information with you and post it on your refrigerator. Include information about what medications you take, as well as the doses. Program emergency numbers into your phone.
Find support. It can be a relief to talk to others who understand. Consider joining a support group. The COPD Foundation provides a comprehensive list of organisations and resources for people living with COPD.

What are the stages of COPD?
One measure of COPD is achieved by spirometry grading.
There are different grading systems, and one grading system is part of the GOLD classification. The GOLD classification is used for determining COPD severity and helping to form a prognosis and treatment plan.
There are four GOLD grades based on spirometry testing: grade 1: mild, grade 2: moderate, grade 3: severe, grade 4: very severe.
This is based on the spirometry test result of your FEV1. This is the amount of air you can breathe out of the lungs in the first second of a forced expiration. The severity increases as your FEV1 decreases.
The GOLD classification also takes into account your individual symptoms and history of acute exacerbations. Based on this information, your doctor can assign a letter group to you to help define your COPD grade.
As the disease progresses, you’re more susceptible to complications, such as:
respiratory infections, including common colds, flu, and pneumonia heart problems high blood pressure in lung arteries (pulmonary hypertension)
lung cancer depression and anxiety
Is there a connection between COPD and lung cancer?
COPD and lung cancer are major health problems worldwide. These two diseases are linked in a number of ways.
COPD and lung cancer have several common risk factors. Smoking is the number one risk factor for both diseases. Both are more likely if you breathe secondhand smoke, or are exposed to chemicals or other fumes in the workplace.
There may be a genetic predisposition to developing both diseases. Also, the risk of developing either COPD or lung cancer increases with age.
In some cases, people don’t learn they have COPD until they’re diagnosed with lung cancer.
However, having COPD doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get lung cancer. It does mean that you have a higher risk. That’s another reason why, if you smoke, quitting is a good idea. Most people with COPD are 40 years of age or older.
The majority of people with COPD are smokers or former smokers. Smoking is the most important risk factor that can be changed.
COPD is a leading cause of hospitalizations in industrialized countries. In the United States, COPD is responsible for a large amount of emergency department visits and hospital admissions.

What’s the outlook for people with COPD?
COPD generally reduces life expectancy, though the outlook varies considerably from person to person.
• COPD tends to progress slowly. You may not even know you have it during the early stages.
• Once you have a diagnosis, you’ll need to start seeing your doctor on a regular basis. You’ll also have to take steps to manage your condition and make the appropriate changes to your daily life.
• Early symptoms can usually be managed, and certain lifestyle choices can help you maintain a good quality of life for some time.
• People with severe stages of COPD may not be able to care for themselves without assistance. They’re at increased risk of developing respiratory infections, heart problems, and lung cancer. They may also be at risk of depression and anxiety.
• Besides smoking, your outlook depends on how well you respond to treatment and whether you can avoid serious complications. Your doctor is in the best position to evaluate your overall health and give you an idea about what to expect.

Straight from the Heart – An Appreciation for Good Service!

This is Daya. Hope you remember me (Gym Mate). My son was admitted to Kumaran Medical Center last week due to a viral infection for 3 days. Hari sir came and visited since my husband knows him. Both belong to Sathy. Wanted to specially thank the paediatrician for staying back in the evening to attend my kid’s case.

The hospital rooms were very clean and the nurses were also extremely responsive. Especially the night shift nurses, who were very active and kind enough to help in every way they could. All the new initiatives taken by the hospital were soothing and helped me keep a calm demeanour. The background music and the decorations were welcoming and comforting for new born babies. The food was also cheap and delicious, but was a bit on the spicier side for my taste, which I have mentioned in the feedback form.

The hospital’s infrastructure was so grand that we assumed the prices would be high, but we were surprised to learn that the charges were highly affordable. Both the paediatricians (Dr. Valliappan and Dr. Kowsalya) were patient in explaining the medical aspects of certain things.

We are happy with the hospital and the care my son received from the doctors, staff, and nurses. Now my son has made a complete recovery and is doing good. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.
